bio: SONORAMA RECORDS is a worldwide distributed independent label focussing on impossible to find or previously unreleased recordings in jazz, funk, soul, bossa & afro music history. Sonorama was founded in May 2004 and its releases are distributed and marketed by Groove Attack/ Cologne for international availability. Clearing all recordings ourselves, we try to bring you original versions from the master tapes, remastered stuff from the shelves aswell as authorized remixes or reworks by contemporary producers on CD and on classic vinyl formats (Lp, 12", 7" Ep). Most original releases of our products change hands for hundreds, others are released on Sonorama for the first time ever - In case you cannot find our records at your local dealer, please use the mailorder function on our website. Regarding special dealer rates, marketing, booking or licensing, please contact us under info@sonorama.de. We maintain direct networking with cutting edge artists, producers, promoters and publishers to be our goal, for trying to provide highly memorable music in the form of a timeless and openminded treasure chest. For many years we love to collect and play a vast range of rare 60s & 70s vinyl records at home or for dj use, then started to work on own releases for letting you know it`s about sharing the love.
